Care Credit is our payment plan option. If you need to spread payments over a period of time and choose not to use your credit card, you can use Care Credit. This program is managed by a third party and is generally very easy to qualify for. The first three months that a balance is on this program are interest free! After that, interest is applied as with any other credit card type program.
Most people decide to use Care Credit only when faced with a large bill. Large veterinary bills often present themselves at very emotional times – usually during an emergency situation or when deciding whether or not to treat a pet with a disease carrying a poor prognosis. Having to fill out paperwork and apply for credit in an urgent or emotionally charged situation can be stressful for all of us. Therefore, we recommend that you apply for Care Credit before you need it, if there is any chance that you may benefit from a program such as this. It is totally free.
