Choose e-mail or post cards for “reminders”
It is our pleasure to send you reminder notes when services such as vaccines, exams or labwork are due. If we have your e-mail address, you will receive both postcards and e-mails.
- To “go green” and stop the postcards, just give your name to anyone at ACC, and we will send all your reminders via e-mail only.
- To stop e-mails, and receive only postcards, use the instructions below under “Managing Your E-Mails”
If we have your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail the day before any scheduled appointments. If you prefer to receive a text message: Click on “my information” under “My Profile” on the right hand column. Scroll to the very bottom where you’ll see “Mobile Alerts.” Click the dot and enter your phone number!
Request appointments and medication refills on-line
You can you request both medical and lodging appointments or you can request medication refills to be picked up at ACC via your Pet Portal – giving you 24 hour a day access to our request line!
- To request a medical or lodge appointment, click on ”Request Appointments” under the “Links” section in the right hand column & then fill out the requested information. We will confirm your request within 2 business days.
- To request a medication refill, scroll down to medications on your pet’s Pet Portal page where you will see a list of available medications. Click on “refill” to request a prescription to be picked up at ACC. We will call you when it is ready for pick-up.
Receive reminders for monthly medications
We are happy to send you an e-mail to remind you to administer your pets’ monthly or weekly medications such as parasite control products or Adequan injections. On your pet’s Pet Portal page you will find a blue bar called “Alerts & Reminders”. Click on “add a reminder” and follow the prompts!
Too many e-mails?
If you would prefer fewer e-mails from ACC, go to “my information” under “My Profile” on the right hand side. Here you can customize which e-mails you would like to receive. Be sure to scroll down and read the entire column!
