Customer Service Representative Team Lead
Animal Care Clinic is looking for a full-time team member to guide and support our small team of CSRs. This position requires the employee to work alongside their CSR team mates a majority of their shift, while also allowing for administrative time to work on specific projects away from the busy front desk. The right person for this job is skilled at guiding teammates through conflict, change, and triumphs! As the CSR Team Lead, you will be the go-to for problem-solving. You will tackle scheduling, hiring, training, upset clients, all with the support of the Leadership Team, Medical Director, and the Hospital Administrator.
This position also requires you participate in the Leadership Team, which includes the Procedures Team Lead, the Nurse Team Lead, the Medical Director, and the Hospital Administrator. This group meets weekly to be sure their team’s challenges are being heard and helped, all while supporting each other in personal growth. Be prepared to brainstorm and move forward with change, because we are always striving to grow and improve.
