by Bonnie Markoff Several news agencies are reporting that the FDA has put out warnings about certain tick control products. Please be advised that this is not new information and is nothing to worry about. The flea and tick control products called Bravecto, Nexgard, Credelio and Simparica have been associated with a very low rate of seizure like side effects in a few dogs. We have been using these products for years on thousands of dogs and have never seen a serious issue with them. We feel the dangers of tick-borne infectious disease far outweigh the risks for mild seizure activity. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.
